i ate my way through texas

5 days.
A food log.
Sonic Cranberry limeade and hamburger.
Leslie's pasta with proscuito and butter.
Spinach and raspberry salad.
Garlic Bread.
Dump cake.
Big rounds with sugared cinnamon and strawberries.
Blueberry scones with lemon glaze.
Sonic limeade.
Babes Fried Chicken.
And creamed corn.
Green beans and bacon.
Mashed Potatoes
And biscuits with honey and sorghum.
(Audrea said it is safe to assume all Babe's food is drenched in butter.)
Go Lean cereal with nectarines.
(trying for a little redemption after Babe's.)
Market street Caprese Panini with Greek Salad.
Chocolate chip scones.
Dickie's BBQ.
Ribs, Beef and chicken.
Fried Okra.
Baked Potato Casserole.
Baked Beans.
Mrs. Patterson's Couscous salad with cumin.
(to die for)
Dunkin Donuts Veggie Flatbread Sandwich with coffee.
Endless cups of Barbie's scrumptious cinnamon hazelnut coffee concoction.
I am sure I am missing things here which is sad to note.
All I have to say for myself is...don't judge me.
Shout outs to Leslie, Barbie and Audrea for the best weekend ever.
We laughed. We cried. We can no longer button up our pants.
That is why we are all wearing dresses in this photo.

Viva la Texas!

Mmmmmm. Sounds like a delightful, tasty time.

The only thing I would have added is Chick-fil-A...a #1...with sweet tea.

And I meant to say that the picture is Wonderful. I was too distracted by all that tasty food to remember that's what I was going to say.

Yummm...I could use me some Babe's chicken right now! Didja try the chocolate pie? I'm a pie snob, bcuz my Texas mama makes the best pies, but Babe's chocolate pie is like hot fudge with a crust and meringue on top. Mmmmm.....
